For some users, e-mails do not arrive without manually sending and receiving them. If you are having sync issues, you can force a work offline mode stuck manual sync by selecting the Sync button via the View tab on the Ribbon. A status message appears at the bottom of the message list while Outlook is syncing.

Repair your classic Outlook program



It includes a listing of your accounts, autocomplete information, and your name and initials. So if you’re waiting for an email from someone, you may want to check if the sender is registered on your blocked users list.   • I am fairly sure it is something in my Microsoft account since all 4 of my Windows computers stopped working for the email at the same time.
